Greetings Decision Maker,

AI adoption is no longer advancing evenly across the United States. Some regions are building dense ecosystems of AI-fluent talent, employers, and technical infrastructure, while others are moving more slowly. The same divide appears inside organizations, where certain teams have already integrated AI into daily workflows and others remain constrained by limited trust, training, or governance. These differences are redefining technology strategy. Leaders now need to treat AI readiness not only as a tool-selection issue, but as a workforce, location, and organizational capability decision that will shape where companies invest, hire, and compete.

"Dr. Gleb Tsipursky presented to members of the Northwest Ohio Chapters of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Represented were senior executive leaders and practitioners from throughout the region. The audience was very appreciative of the informative content and inspired by Dr. Gleb's engaging and dynamic speaking style. Everyone benefited from the real-life, useful 'takeaways' that they could implement into their own work life right away. The feedback was universally positive with many people commenting that they had received tremendous value in return for their time in attending the three-hour program. There have been several requests that Dr. Gleb be invited back again soon."

What's Up With Me

I had two very different professional service experiences this week. In one case, one of our professional service providers made a serious error that was absolutely preventable and cost us a significant amount of money. He then tried to cover it up, to justify it and claim that, while they did make a serious mistake, they didn’t actually cost us money - a claim that was patently false. In a second case, a marketing agency we engaged on a project suggested a significant rebranding as part of the project. We said we didn’t want a significant rebrand, but were open to an incremental one. The marketing company said that their vision differed from ours, and said they would return our fee. What a stark difference!

As a professional service provider, I know that client service is the key to success, and you bet the second company offered much better client service. I’ll work with them on other projects and recommend them to others, so consider checking out Ignite Media for your marketing needs. And as for the first service provider, they damaged their relationship with us and we’ll have to see how we work with them going forward depending on how this interaction turns out.
