"I had the great pleasure of having Dr. Gleb work with two of my [peer executive] groups. Everybody loved it, the content was fantastic. In one group in particular, I had a couple of newer Vistage members speak with me after the session, and they were extremely enthusiastic about the program as it gave them some language and some concepts to be able to articulate things that they noticed both in their organizations and with themselves. If you like to think about the way you think and you want to improve the decisions that you make, I think that bringing in Dr. Gleb to work with your group or as a keynote would be an excellent use of time and resources."

What's Up With Me
Winter in Columbus is, frankly, dreary. I was glad to get away from it for workcation trips to Phoenix, San Diego, and Key Largo this winter. Still, it’s important to try to not have a completely negative attitude toward winter in Columbus. There are still redeeming things to do, even outdoors. After all, water is water in the winter as well as summer, despite the lack of green foliage. And Columbus has a diamond in the rough right in the heart of the city, Hayden Falls. In fact, the winter is often a better time to check it out, if you come after a snowstorm that piled up snow in the streets, followed by a period of warmth that melted the snow. The water level is much higher and the flow more powerful than during the rest of the year, so it’s better to appreciate the awesomeness of nature. More broadly, it’s positive for my mental health to try to find appealing natural sights and sounds in the winter, providing a silver lining and compensation for what’s otherwise a dreary season. |
