Greetings Decision maker
,

Is work from home productivity higher or lower than in the office? As companies are figuring out how to succeed in the post-COVID world and determine their long-term work arrangements, the debate between hybrid, remote, and office-centric options will depend on productivity at home vs. in the office.

Hybrid and even fully remote teams can gain a substantial productivity advantage if their leaders stop relying on traditional office-based culture and methods of collaboration. Instead, by adopting best practices for hybrid and remote work, forward-thinking leaders can drastically outcompete in-person teams in productivity.

Your Testimonials

You and others who gain value from Disaster Avoidance Experts services and thought leadership occasionally share testimonials about your experience, such as the one below. You can read more testimonials here.

Transcript:  “Dr. Gleb, it was just great having you here, both with our board retreat and then with our faculty convocation. With my board, you taught us about different biases, like Overconfidence and the Horns and Halo effects, and we are using that in our own dialogue and planning together. These really have been great tools, like asking the five questions, thinking about any of these biases creeping into how we make our decisions. We are finding that your tools are very practical, very easy to implement, and good thinking for us to do collectively. So we appreciate your work and thank you for your research and sharing it with us.”

What's Up With Me

It was a delight to present to the teachers of the Wellington Village Schools about how to address discomfort with diversity and inclusion conversations (see testimonial from Ed Weber, the district Superintendent, above). While I usually present to business audiences, it’s especially rewarding to train educators. It makes me glad to know that my impact is multiplied manifold, since the teachers will be carrying my lessons into their classrooms, and my words will help shape the citizens of tomorrow. I definitely hope to have more opportunities to offer such training in the future.

What aspects of your own work do you find similarly joyful, and why? How can you do more of it?
