Greetings Decision Maker,
As AI transforms how we work, learn, and build, training programs can't stay static. Generative AI (Gen AI) is moving too fast for one-off courses or fixed curriculums. To keep pace, learning programs need to evolve in real time — using data, feedback, and real-world results to stay relevant, practical, and aligned with what organizations actually need next. Continuous improvement ensures that learning programs remain effective, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. At the heart of this process are two critical components: feedback from participants and data-driven insights.

"Huge thanks, Dr. Gleb! I wanted to say that your workshop is already providing value for me outside of the classroom. My team and I were able to go from no knowledge to tool development for the ASNT conference and I already have a second agent in testing for the ASNT RISE program. Your approach (solid instruction → rapid prototype → public feedback) easily turns beginners into builders."

What's Up With Me
I remember reading about the famous fields of tulips in the Netherlands, row upon row of beautiful colors stretching before you like some kind of splendid, multicolored flag signaling aesthetic delight. Well, imagine my surprise when Agnes, my wife and business partner, told me there’s a tulip farm just south of Portland that provides a scaled-down version of that experience, and that peak bloom is in mid-April, around the same time when I had a keynote scheduled in Eastern Oregon. We decided to make the pilgrimage, and it did not disappoint! A sea of beautiful tulips in every shape and color as far as the eye can see. We got some ideas for tulips to add to our garden in the fall, but most importantly, we checked an item off our bucket list, and for much less than a trip to the Netherlands at the height of tulip season! |
