Greetings Decision maker,
The surge of Generative AI (Gen AI) across industries is more than a technical revolution—it’s a people-centric transformation. While traditional machine learning (ML) tools helped businesses predict trends and optimize workflows, Gen AI amplifies these advances by generating creative strategies, customer insights, and fresh approaches to product development. Now, Gen AI “agents” take this evolution a step further by autonomously planning and executing parts of a complex workflow. By connecting seamlessly to data, orchestrating tasks across software systems, and interacting in human-like ways, these agents help reshape the very structure of how work gets done.

“I met Dr. Gleb about four months ago when he presented a webinar for my SHRM chapter in Southern California and I was so intrigued by what he had to say about hybrid work environments that I invited him to do a webinar for our clients. I had positive feedback from all of my clients that attended after I sent them a survey, and I read Dr. Gleb's emails weekly and keep up on the latest information he has about hybrid work environments, employees and productivity. It's really important to us also because we will be moving to a virtual environment in August: although most of my employees are remote now, we will be going to a completely remote virtual environment and Dr. Gleb's information has been quite helpful.”

With all the stuff going on in the world, it’s a relief to turn to everyday pleasures. I was excited to harvest strawberries from our strawberry patch, which we planted five years ago, and which has now really come into its own. Five by fifteen feet (about 1.7 to 5 meters for non-US readers), it’s now bushy and green. Despite slugs, chipmunks, and squirrels getting some of the fruit, Agnes (my wife and business partner) and I still get a delicious harvest in late May and early June, such as the one pictured below.
Planting perennials is a sign of confidence in your future location. As I tell my wife, it would take a lot for me to move, much more than the market value of our house, because of these long-term investments into our garden: thousands of labor-hours over the years that we’ve lived here. And I wouldn’t be able to recreate it elsewhere, I’m not as young as I used to be. So I’m delighted to enjoy the fruit of my labor (well, our labor), and focus on maintenance, upkeep, and small projects. |
