Greetings Decision Maker,
The integration of Generative AI (Gen AI) into the workplace is a game-changer, offering transformative potential for efficiency and innovation. Yet, with this potential comes uncertainty, as employees may feel unprepared or apprehensive about the implications of this technology on their roles. To address these challenges, forward-thinking organizations are creating internal Gen AI portals—a centralized resource hub that provides employees with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in this evolving environment. By offering clear, accessible, and interactive learning opportunities, these portals demystify Gen AI and empower employees to see it as an opportunity rather than a threat.

“Dr. Gleb gave an amazing keynote. Everyone was really engaged. Generative AI is such a hot topic and it's such an important thing that all of us need to learn that if you don't learn it and you don't know what you're going to be left behind. We're all better for it and make for the future of events.”

What's Up With Me
I’m worried about my mom. She fell recently and couldn’t get up, and my dad couldn’t lift her. They took her to the hospital, where she is currently getting a battery of tests. Hopefully it’s nothing worse than muscle issues, not a stroke or anything like that (her speech was briefly slurred when they took her to the hospital, but it might have been the result of the fall). I’m glad that my dad and brother (who lives nearby) can help her, since they live right outside NYC, while I’m in Columbus. Still, I’m doing what I can, finding and calling at-home physical therapy options covered by insurance and getting her enrolled and on the waiting list. I wish I could do more, but all I can do besides that is provide moral/emotional support to the three of them, which I am trying to do. Please keep her in your thoughts. |
