Greetings Decision Maker,

Imagine a new technology poised to transform your organization, but its success hinges not only on the technology itself but on how effectively it's communicated. That's the reality for companies adopting Generative AI (Gen AI). As organizations navigate the complexities of integrating these powerful tools, one truth becomes clear: communication is not an afterthought; it is the linchpin. Relying solely on emails or a single communication method risks leaving employees confused or disengaged. To bring everyone on board, leaders must employ a multi-channel communication strategy tailored to diverse preferences, fostering clarity, trust, and excitement.

Testimonial by Vistage Chair Mark Wuttke for Dr. Gleb Tsipursky

"Thank you for the contribution that you provided to my Vistage group. I think many of my group members understand the importance of AI, but they didn't realize how much they could actually do themselves. So I think this was well past AI 101. This actually gave them tools and “aha” moments on what they can do, and also what's possible, so they can ask as leaders the right questions in the organization. So fantastic. I really appreciate your time."

What's Up With Me

It was fun to discover a baby bird in our backyard garden! The mother cardinal made the nest among some hardy kiwi vines. I found it when the nest had an egg. Then, I observed the nest at various stages, while the chick developed from a tiny little thing to something that looked reasonably like an actual bird. It's fun to see the wonders of life. An unexpected side benefit of having a rich, luscious backyard full of hidden nooks and crannies. Hope you find some unexpected benefits in your own side projects!
