Greetings Decision Maker,
In the rush to harness the transformative potential of Generative AI (Gen AI), many organizations fall into a familiar trap: competition. Teams, departments, and divisions vie to prove their AI prowess, driven by metrics, deadlines, and a desire for recognition. But while competition may push individual teams to excel, it often stifles the broader organizational progress that Gen AI demands. Success in the Gen AI revolution isn’t about racing ahead in isolation—it’s about working together to share insights, break down barriers, and innovate collectively to overcome challenges, address risks, and leverage opportunities.

“Dr. Gleb came and spoke at three of my Vistage groups. The presentation was engaging. What it did was make people think differently. As we're approaching the unknown economic environment - the war in Ukraine, all of the issues with respect to the economy, supply chain issues, inflation - members have to think differently as they approach their business every day. This presentation gave us a template to look at things differently so that we could produce better businesses and better results for our organizations. I believe my members loved the presentation.”

It’s no fun being home by myself. My wife and business partner Agnes went to visit her parents for a few days, and the big house feels so empty. It’s difficult for me to stick to my daily health and time routine without her around, as we tend to keep each other accountable and on track. Even though we talk on the phone every day of her trip, I still miss her presence. We have found a way to make up for some of the small daily interactions by playing a mobile scrabble game. Can’t wait until she returns.
