What's Up With Me

The booster dose I talk about in the article and podcast above is personal for me. I got sick with COVID at the end of December 2022, and really wish I had a fresher booster to either fight off the disease or weaken its impact. COVID is no fun, and we tend to underestimate how quickly our immunity wanes after vaccination. So I’d encourage those of you on the fence to consider getting a booster yourself and encouraging your friends, family, and colleagues to do so as well. While the national emergency in the US is coming to an end on May 11, we still need to protect ourselves and live with COVID; getting regular boosters is part of doing so.
