"My journey with Dr. Gleb began when I came across an article on remote work dynamics in Entrepreneur online, which prompted me to reach out to him. Initially, we evaluated our existing policies to establish a baseline. Dr. Gleb's expertise helped us explore the significance of employee engagement and the impact of giving everyone a voice in shaping a better workplace environment. The collaboration has been illuminating, providing a fresh perspective on our operational challenges from both administrative and legal standpoints. Dr. Gleb's seasoned experience in fostering workplace
improvements has been invaluable. His recognition of people as our most significant asset aligns with our commitment to supporting our team. I'm optimistic about the positive changes ahead and grateful for Dr. Gleb's guidance in navigating these developments."

What's Up With Me
|
Of course, human-caused climate change is bad overall, no doubt. Still, one of the more pleasant things about the increasing variance and overall warming of winters here in Columbus, Ohio, is that we get more and more warm days. Thus, while our average January temperature is 36 Fahrenheit (about 2 Celsius), a few days ago it was above 60 F (around 15 C). And that means I can go for a walk with Agnes without putting on multiple layers, since I'm especially vulnerable to cold due to hypothyroidism. Just as enjoyable are the snowdrops that spring up in our front yard at this time of year. They shouldn’t be emerging so early, but they have been doing so due to the warming weather, and brightening up my days. So
despite the many problems caused by anthropogenic climate change, there are some silver linings to this cloud.
