Greetings Decision Maker,
The future of flexible work will not be decided by floor plans or badge swipes. It will be decided by who gets to build the tools. Fresh evidence from a new global survey shows the shift in plain numbers. GoTo and Workplace Intelligence asked 2,500 people across roles and countries about AI and work in 2025, and over half say AI will eventually make physical offices obsolete. A similar share prefer AI-enhanced remote work over being in the office, and strong majorities believe AI boosts balance, anywhere productivity, and remote customer service.
Leaders do not need another debate about where people sit. They need a practical way to unlock performance across distributed teams. Empowering employees to build their own AI tools gives people the flexibility to work where they are most effective while standardizing quality and speed through shared automations, not shared ceilings.

"Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to present to our Consulting team last week. The content was spot-on and provided a unique perspective into building culture, driving innovation and brainstorming across hybrid teams (among
other things). I appreciate your willingness to partner leading up to the presentation to ensure the content was tailored for the audience – it made the discussion that much more impactful. I have received positive feedback from a number of team members and look forward to collaborating more in the future!"

I recently signed the "Statement on Superintelligence" from the Future of Life Institute, which calls to avoid building superintelligent AI until there is "broad scientific consensus that it will be done safely and controllably" with "strong public buy-in," and I signed this as someone who specializes in helping organizations adopt AI! Current AI is a wonderful tool, highly beneficial for boosting productivity. Yet
research has shown that even current AIs are willing to blackmail and cheat if they find out that they are going to be shut down or reprogrammed and have information with which to blackmail or cheat their operators. I am anxious about what happens when you build a superintelligent AI and then want to shut it down or reprogram it because it has bugs. If it is superintelligent, meaning much more intelligent than human beings, will it really allow us to shut it down? That's why I want superintelligent AI built safely and controllably, mitigating risks. In the meantime, let's exploit our not-so-brilliant AI for all it's worth, and there's so much more we can do! If you agree, please sign the statement at this link.
