Disaster Avoidance Experts

Greetings Decision maker,

In the bustling corridors of Silicon Valley, the mantra of "move fast and break things" has long been a guiding principle. But when it comes to the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our daily lives, this approach is akin to playing with fire in a room filled with dynamite. The recent poll conducted by the Artificial Intelligence Policy Institute (AIPI) paints a clear picture: the American public is not only concerned but demanding a more cautious and regulated approach to AI.

Testimonial for Dr. Gleb from Mattea Tavernor, Education Manager, Illinois State Dental Society

“Dr. Gleb's presentation was outstanding! Our association hired him to present a one-hour implicit bias training for our members, and he was able to customize the material so it was relevant to all of our attendees. He was very easy to work with and very responsive to all of our emails. He was also very engaging during the webinar, and he used polls and personal stories to make sure our attendees were paying attention and engaging in the material. I would highly recommend him for any future speaking opportunities!”

What's Up With Me

Having read AI 2027, the danger of moving fast and breaking things is truly vivid to me, and I say this as someone who helps companies integrate Gen AI for a living. It’s a wonderful tool, but also a dangerous one; it’s too easy to give over too much control to AI, and the scenario of AI taking over more and more of our work and our lives is unfortunately a serious possibility. We need to be proactive about pushing for safety and security, and the best way to do so is by ensuring appropriate regulatory guidelines for AI safety.

Unfortunately, that’s not the way the federal government is heading, with a recent effort to stop states from passing AI safety regulations. So call your members of Congress and ask them to protect state rights and allow states to determine AI safety policies for themselves.
