Greetings Decision Maker,
Transparency is not a luxury in today's transformative projects—it is a necessity. As organizations integrate Generative AI (Gen AI) into their operations, the importance of clear, consistent communication around project milestones and outcomes cannot be overstated. Employees are not passive observers of this journey. They are active participants whose trust and engagement are pivotal to the success of these initiatives, since leaders can't effectively micromanage Gen AI use. When employees see concrete evidence of progress and understand both achievements and challenges, they feel more connected to the transformation, fostering a culture of inclusion and shared purpose.

“It was a pleasure working with Dr. Gleb. I hired Dr. Gleb to speak to our local Institute of Internal Auditors chapter here in the Kansas City metro area. His presentation was engaging, informative, and I've received great feedback from our members thus far. His professional preparation, his extensive preparation, and his ability to communicate effectively, really, really paid off for the chapter and for the work that we've engaged him to do. I really cannot recommend working with Dr. Gleb enough.”

What's Up With Me
I’m happy to share that I’ve recovered enough from deep vein thrombosis in my left leg to return to the garden. While I initially recently relied on a walking stick just to navigate the house, I now only use it for longer walks. It is a relief to have my hands free for gardening tools again! While Agnes was able to handle certain tasks on her own, my strength and reach were definitely missed for things like pruning fruit trees and digging holes for new seedlings. I’m pleased to be back outside and making steady progress.
Here is a photo of a late peach blossom on one of our trees. Fingers crossed it’s spared from this week's forecasted frost. |
