Greetings Decision Maker,
Generative AI (Gen AI) is reshaping the workplace, offering powerful tools for creativity, productivity, and efficiency. However, unlocking its potential hinges on more than just adoption; employees must develop a nuanced understanding of how to use this technology effectively. Organizations must go beyond traditional training approaches and embrace rigorous tracking of learning progress and outcomes specific to Gen AI skills. By measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as skill application rates, engagement metrics, and real-world results, leaders can ensure that their teams stay competitive in this rapidly advancing field.

"I'm Emily Ast, a lawyer and owner of my own law practice. Over the last several months, Dr. Gleb has been instrumental in creating custom AI solutions for many of my administrative tasks that I currently do as part of my business. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things AI and other automation technologies, and programmed custom AI agents to do the heavy lifting for me on items like data tracking analysis, workflow, and invoicing. He took me step-by-step through the programming and how it works behind the scenes so I can better understand how to adjust this in the future and to use the resources.
Through Dr. Gleb's great work I'm going to save so much time in the future and I'm really grateful to Dr. Gleb and would highly recommend working with him for all AI and other technology solutions."

What's Up With Me
|
I really enjoyed hosting the New Year's Eve party I wrote about in last week's message. It’s the one time of the year when Agnes, my wife (and business partner), and I bring out our Eastern European heritage. We prepare EE dishes, purchase some EE food, and also encourage guests to bring EE-themed food in a potluck-style event. Below is a photo of me explaining some of the foods to our guests, and you can see more photos at this link.
The major difference from traditional dishes is that we don’t eat meat, so we learned to adapt. For example, this year Agnes took the lead in preparing the hot dish, stuffed grape leaves, and used suggestions from AI to prepare a delicious stuffing made of beans and TVP instead of the traditional meat. The end result was savory and delicious and lots of people asked for seconds. If you haven’t yet tried AI for improving your recipes, consider trying it out.
Hope you have a great start to 2026!
